Does any of you know how to hardsub?

I created softsubs for a parody I made.
(the subs are .srt format and the video is avi)

I can play it of course on players like Vlc and Gom, but I wanted to upload it to youtube so more people could watch it.

anyways, if anyone has a program to hardsub, please let me know and I will send you the two items.
